The Problem
Sales teams face a dual challenge: high training costs and inconsistent quality. New hires take weeks to months to become productive. Existing knowledge is scattered across documents, emails, and the minds of experienced colleagues. Traditional training is expensive, hard to scale, and offers no objective measurement of conversation quality.
PARQ needed a platform to fundamentally modernize sales training.
The Solution
We built a modular learning management system that combines AI-powered coaching with structured learning management. Instead of static training materials, salespeople experience realistic conversation simulations with real-time AI feedback.
The system enables companies to create their own training content and objectively measure every employee's progress.
Features
Role-Based Dashboard
Every user sees exactly what they need. Learners see their courses and progress, admins manage content and teams, super-admins control the entire platform.
Drag-and-Drop Course Builder
Trainers create courses visually: set up modules, arrange lessons and quizzes via drag-and-drop, freely combine content blocks (text, video, audio, images). All changes are saved automatically.
Interactive Course Player
Learners navigate through courses page by page. Quizzes provide instant feedback. Progress is persistently saved so learners can pick up right where they left off.
Real-Time AI Coaching
The centerpiece: AI-based sales conversation simulations that recreate realistic scenarios and provide objective feedback on conversation skills.
Progress Tracking
Detailed metrics per employee and team. Admins see at a glance who has completed which courses and where further training is needed.
Mobile-First Design
The entire platform is optimized for mobile use. Responsive sidebar navigation on desktop, hamburger menu with slide-out overlay on mobile devices.
